- Pre-construction phase – 1 to 2 weeks
During this phase you’ll choose a general contractor, and they will go ahead and obtain all the necessary permits for the project.
While waiting for the permits to be granted, the general contractor will source and buy the materials needed to complete the project, each of will be discussed with you in detail before purchase.

- Construction phase – 3 to 6 weeks
Any demolition work required will now commence, before any plumbing and electrical work is carried out.
While work is underway to remodel your bathroom, the city’s inspectors will need to visit to verify that it’s up to code, and while this step can delay proceedings, it’s a necessary and important step.

- Post-construction phase – 1 week
